Family and estate papers of the Pugh family of Cymerau and Aber-mad, Cardiganshire, 1612-1987, including deeds, 1612-1897, domestic and private account books, and estate accounts of the Cymerau and Aber-mad estates, second half of the 19 cent.-20cent, business and financial papers and correspondence, late 19cent.-20cent., many relating to the Garnant Collieries Company, family and personal correspondence, late19cent.-20cent., much of which was written by members of the family while serving in India, and including correspondence between Lewis Pugh Pugh, MP for co. Cardigan (1837-1908), and his wife Veronica Harriet Pugh.

Deeds relating to the Llysnewydd estate in Carmarthenshire, 1429-1954, Pembrokeshire, England and Ireland, [early 14 cent].-1906; deeds, letters, accounts, etc., relating to industrial development, mainly coal mining, in the Gwendraeth valley, Carmarthenshire, 1645-1760, 1859-1913; deeds of the Gwastod Gwrda estate in the parish of Llanddewibrefi, Cardiganshire, 1731-1892; correspondence, 1704-1919; accounts, 1618-1899, 1945-1946; legal papers, 1707-1880; and maps and plans, 1801-1907.

Deeds and documents 1404-1979, relating to the Penllergaer estate in Breconshire and Glamorgan, including deeds and papers relating to coal mining in Glamorgan and Carmarthenshire, mainly nineteenth century; and letters and papers of the following: John Llewelyn of Penllergaer, 1790-1816, John Dillwyn Llewelyn, 1824-1840, William Dillwyn and Lewis Weston Dillwyn.
