1952 and 1966: Llwyn estate records, mainly title deeds and abstracts of title, 1623-1932, together with a few business letters, plans, printed sale catalogues and rentals, 1855-1908, relating to properties principally in Llanfyllin (including the manor of Brithdir) and elsewhere in Montgomeryshire, and to a lesser extent in Denbighshire, Merioneth, Shropshire, Cheshire and Lancashire.

2017: Four scrapbooks (one disbound), c.1857-c.1952, eleven letter books, 1874-1906, three photograph albums, bundles of letters, 1880-1900, and three game books, 1900-1950. Bundles of deeds, letters and other papers related to the purchase and sale of properties, mainly in p. Llanfyllin, c.1851-c.1954. Manuscript 'History and topography of the hundred of Llanfyllin', by "Mechain", 1893, notes for a history of Llanfyllin, c.1893-1916, and a typescript 'History of the parish of Llanfyllin from 1862 to 1913', by J.
