Thomas Bullock of Kilkewith aforesaid, yeoman, and Florence his wife, sister of 1 of 1’s share in all the messuages and lands in t. Kilkewith [Cilcewydd, p. Forden, co. Montgomery], which descended to them and which they hold jointly with the said Florence and Catherine, their sisters, after the decease of Mathew ap Harrie, their father, and now in the tenure and occupation of the said Thomas Bullock, with reversion to 1 if the legitimate heirs of 2 fail.
