Grant in consideration of £20 of all his share of one m. or tmt whereof the said Griffith Powell died seised, after whose death the said m., etc., descended to the said Martha and Bridgett as dau's and heirs of the said Griffith Powell, viz., the parcel of meadow lying beneath the dwelling house, land called the Two Acres beyond the Brooke, a parcel of land called Kay Gwyn, and the moiety of a coppice called Lloyne adjoining Kay Gwyn, all in p. and lp Blethvach.
