Biographical history
John Jones ('Talhaiarn') (1810-1870), architectural draughtsman, poet and 'eisteddfodwr', was born in Llanfairtalhaiarn, Denbighshire. His collected works, entitled Gwaith Talhaiarn, were published in three volumes between 1855 and 1869.
