Original bundle of deeds relating to 22 Bridge Street, Aberystwyth conveyed in 1868 to Lewis Pugh Pugh, including probate of will (dated 1846) of Mary Williams of Aberystwyth, spinster, 1846; sale poster of the same, 1862, and a letter from George and Margaret Andrews (nee Williams) from New Orleans to the latter’s mother, 1863, and deeds relating to other dwelling houses in Bridge Street, mortgaged to Lewis Pugh Pugh and copy order of the High Court of Justice for making foreclosure of the said houses absolute.

Original bundle of papers relating to the assignment of the lease of 3 Laura Place, Aberystwyth, by Mrs Hunter to Miss Parry. The papers comprise a copy probate (June 1844) of the will (April 1840) of Rev. John Hunter of Bath, an abstract of title (1827-1844) to 3 Laura Place, Aberystwyth, 1861, and letters, Aug.-Sept. 1861. Mrs Hunter is presumably Douglas Hunter, widow of Rev. John Hunter.

Glam., including an abstract of title (1890-1940), and mortgage to Ernest Stanley Clements of 15 Terrace Road, Aberystwyth, decorator.

Deeds, 1668 and 1770, concerning a messuage lying in a street called Heol y Felin within the village of Llanbadarn Fawr, and several closes of land calles Llain Garth, Pant Cae, Gweirglodd Swettan, Dol y Felin, Gerglodd Gron, Llain Gay, Park ymyl pwll hobi, Ddol hir and two closes of land lying above a mill called Melin y person, purchased by Roderick Richards of Aberystwyth, gent., in 1698, including the post nuptial settlement of John Richard of the town and parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, yeoman, and Gaynor John, daughter of James John of the town and liberties of Aberystwyth, yeoman, 1668. Also includes a final concord dated 1695, which has been wrapped in a writ of attachment issued by the Court of Exchequer against John Lloyd, clerk, of Llannarth, for non-payment of tithes, dated 1770. Original bundle labelled 'No. 15, Hoelyfelin, A'.
