Seems by 'yours' it was a great error to leave the agreement of the division to the ladies. Further bills he will send to Lord Herbert and his co. trustee. Other money matters. The probate of the will. Preparation for Mr. Fernells visit. Edward Kenney, the late receiver, is dead, and his brother, 'whom one hath styled Bassa', is removing to co. Cork. So now the Cozen Herberts will be the only obstacles an agent will meet with to obstruct his methods. Also draft letter giving order to call to John Downes of Marington for £10 because Capt. Pryce does not pay.
