Decree in the suit in the Court of Exchequer between the Attorney General, plaintiff, and the feoffees of the city of London, and George Clay and William Driffield, defendants, that upon payment of £1,400 to the said feoffees by Sir Allen Appesley the feoffees shall convey manors Esingwould and Huby, Yorkshire, to the said Sir Allen Appesley, the said manors being part of the forest of Galtres, which the Crown intended to disafforest, and that the manor of Sutton should be retained by the said feoffees.
