Rhydri deeds

Original bundle of deeds and papers relating to two mansion or dwellinghouses and lands (34 a. Llanblethin or Welsh measure) in the parish of Rhydri, Glamorgan, adjoining the lane from Maen llwyd to Llanisien, purchased in 1780 by John Morgan of Ruperra, esq., from Thomas Thomas of Cardiff, gent., the mortagee of David Howell, late of Cardiff, merchant, dealer and chapman, a bankrupt, and Catherine his wife.

Original bundle of deeds relating to a messuage and lands (8 a. Llanblethin measure) in the parish of Rhydri, on both sides of the way leading from Mynydd Rhydri to Manllwyd, the equity of redemption of which was purchased in 1766 by Hugh Jones of Gelliwastad in the parish of Machen, Monmouthshire, esq., from Henry William of the parish of Rhydri, Glamorgan, yeoman.

Original bundle of deeds relating to a messuage and lands (15 a.) called Tir Isaar ลท Collier in the parish of Rhydri, purchased in 1712 by John Morgan of Ruperra, esq., from Sarah Davies, spinster, and William Richards, gent., both of Cardiff, Glamorgan.
