The court leet is held twice a year in either of the villages of Llanwrda and Cil-y-cwm. There are about 230 freehold tenements and cottages with 17,060a. of land, and no copyhold tenures. The lordship contains 22,400a, including 164a. also claimed by the lordship of Mabelfyw. Also observations relative to the boundaries of the lordship. Written on paper embossed with the Royal Arms, and appearing like a Public Record Office copy, including an examination mark (x'd), but not attested or dated. A marginal note is dated 1907.

Also observations and a presentment of the boundaries of the lordship. The file comprises material relating to the campaign to keep pubs closed on Sundays in Wales in the run up to local referenda on the issue in 1961.
