Documents collected by Col. Sir John Conway Lloyd, including over a thousand deeds, 1323-1870, relating to properties in the counties of Brecon, Glamorgan, Hereford, Monmouth, Radnor, Cardigan, Carmarthen, Gloucester, and London; together with various documents, including letters and papers relating to the Lloyd family and other estates. A volume of extracts (partly with carbon copies) from printed sources, compiled by W. P. Elwy Jones of Cwmpadarn Council School and of Aberystwyth, towards a history of the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, Cardiganshire. The volume also contains lists of dialect words.

The file comprises papers, 1854-1856, in the matter of arbitration between William Rees of Velindre, p. Pencarreg, co. Card., farmer, and his brother David Rees of Cae Glas, p. Lampeter, before the Court of Queen's Bench. Arbitrators had awarded £107 to William Rees following a dispute over 'certain accounts, claims and demands', but the defendant refused to pay the same.

The file consists of two registers compiled by A. O. Chater and produced by the Nature Conservancy Council, containing alphabetical lists of species with ordnance survey references, dates, site status and locations.
