Cases 61, 89, 110, 120, 162, 164, 175, 179, 185, 186, 228-31, 286, 314 are missing. No. 317 on the register has been deleted and replaced by another 317. The papers for the first case are included but not the second.
Cases 3, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 30, 90, 98, 111, 112, 117 are missing.
Cases 15, 135, 142, 234, 240, 248 and 251-4 are missing. For nos 119-29 and from 131-2 on the register add one for the corresponding person's number on the appeals. Case 251 includes related correspondence but no appeal papers.
Of the 152 cases recorded on the register only nos 55, 111, 135-46 are now extant.
Cases 10, 44, 86, 107, 122, 138, 139, 160, 161, 162, 164, 210, 216 are missing. Some of these are re-appearances of the same persons. All their papers were presumably removed together for some reason.
Cases 73 and 77 are missing.
