Two volumes of transcripts, [1758], compiled Evan Evans (Ieuan Fardd), subsequently bound as one volume. Part I (foliated 1-153) contains 'The Gododin an Heroic poem of the sixth Century transcribed from a Copy of Thomas Wiliams of Trefriw M.D., and the Works of Taliessin from Dr Davies of Mallwyd's hand, and other particulars wrote by the Revd Mr. Evan Evans' (f. 1) and includes transcripts of Llyfr Aneirin (ff. 5 verso-36), Llyfr Taliesin (ff. 37-126) and other manuscripts.

Richard Farringdon's 'Numismata Dinlleana or a brief account ... of certain ancient and curious medals found at Dinas Dinlle in Carnarvonshire', including detailed descriptions of each medal, with sketches of the lives of the Emperors depicted upon them, and also an account of Dinas Dinlle (ff. 1-38); a 'Botanologium', with names of plants in Latin, Welsh and English (ff. 39-58); poetry, by poets including Tudur Aled and William and Siôn Phylip (ff. 59-82); pedigrees (ff. 83-96); a letter, dated 26 October 1769, from Richard Morris, at the Tower of London, relating to books of ?Goronwy Owen (ff. 121-122); a note by Ieuan Fardd, 'On my 38th birthday, June 1st 1769' (f. 123); and various other extracts, etc.

A manuscript volume, written throughout by William Owen [-Pughe], containing transcripts of parts of two older manuscripts, the one in the hand of Lewis Morris (BL Add. MS 14908, ff. 36-58), and the other in the hand of Owen Jones (Owain Myfyr) (BL Add. MS 15020, pp. 1-5, 7-12, 27-28, 33-35, 44-45, 52-58, 67-70, 93-107, 109-115, 117-123). The first item in the present manuscript is a transcript of the Statute of Rhuddlan, 'Ystatus Rhuddlan yw hon. A.D. 1283', copied from Lewis Morris's manuscript, which is in turn a copy of a vellum manuscript in the Hengwrt library (now Peniarth MS 41), which he transcribed in 1738 (pp. 1-39). The remainder of the present manuscript is copied from BL Add. An album of annotated autographs, photographs and engravings, printed matter, press cuttings, etc., compiled during the years 1858-1881. The volume is almost entirely devoted to persons who were prominent in the literary and musical life of Wales during this period, and it appears from internal evidence to have been well known to the compiler's friends and contemporaries. The autographs are largely in the form of personal entries, recorded mainly at national and other eisteddfodau, but there are also a number of mounted holograph letters, 'cut-out' signatures from holograph letters, and franks. Two volumes of miscellaneous transcripts mainly in the hand of Walter Davies (Gwallter Mechain, 1761-1849), relating to the antiquities, history, topography, language, and literature of Wales. They include catalogues of Welsh manuscripts; transcripts of manuscripts of Evan Evans (Ieuan Brydydd Hir), of letters of Edward Lhuyd, Lewis Morris, Goronwy Owen, etc., of Strata Marcella abbey charters, of monumental inscriptions, of Evan Evans's transcripts of Richard Farrington's archaeological notes, etc.; notes on Llanerfyl, Llangadfan, and Garthbeibio, written by William Jones, Llangadfan, and sent by him, with letters, to Walter Davies; a letter, 1792, from Edward Williams (Iolo Morganwg) to Walter Davies; an extract, by Lewis Morris, from his Celtic Remains; Marwnad Lewis Morys ... by Goronwy Owen, in the autograph of Evan Evans; etc. Both volumes are indexed.
