The papers include deeds and documents relating to Cillech (77a.) in the parish of Llandyfrïog, 1865-1926, when it was bought by E. C. Ll. Fitzwilliams; agreements for Danherber in the parish of Cenarth, bought in 1892 and sold in 1926; a copy will of the Rev. Thomas Gronow of London, 1870; a sale catalogue for the Gelligadrog estate in the parish of Llangyndeyrn, sold by public auction, 1871; a sale catalogue of properties in the parish of Llangyndeyrn, including Ffoswilkin (36a.) and Tirmwg (4a.), 1917; and papers relating to a sale of Cilgwyn estate properties in Llangeler, 1932. -- There is also a conveyance between Richard Owen of Scarborough, Yorkshire, esq., and Richard Stephenson of Tue Brook, near Liverpool, Lancashire, butcher, of a dwelling-house and shop in West Darby Road, Tue Brook, 1879. The connection between this deed and the Cilgwyn estate is not apparent.
