A Summarised Statement of provisions of a lease and release conveying a tmt called Allterrin farm in St Woolos and several parcels between the lands of Thomas Morgan of Tredegar, the lands late of Lord Cherbury, the lands late of Wm John David and the lane leading from Crindy towards Glasloch, which had been devised by Lady Anna Morgan to Lady Eringast Mary, wife of the Baron de Schwerin, who had conveyed same to the said Sir Robert Southwell, Henry Lowman, esq., and the said Thomas Edwards.

A Survey of the manor of Caerwent, 11 April 1705. A note signed J. Y. Akerman states that it was "copied from a Document penes G. Dowle, Yeoman, Caerwent". The said document was itself, according to a note signed "Edwin Carter", drawn from a "copy of survey given me from the Original to draw a new one by 21st Sept. 1732". A pencilled note suggests that 1732 should read 1832. Transcript.
