A volume, [19 cent.], containing a collection of English poetry on miscellaneous subjects.

A volume containing a collection of pedigrees formed by Sir John Maclean c. 1892-1894, together with a transcript (p. 59) of a part of Glamorganshire Pedigrees (ed. Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1845). Some loose papers and letters have been inserted into the volume.

A volume containing a transcript, 1801, of Cyfrinach Beirdd Ynys Prydain made by Hugh Maurice at Greenwich. It answers to pp. 1-171 of the printed text in the 1829 edition, but there are many variants in the orthography.

A manuscript in the hand of J. R. Phillips, Ab Geraint, of Cilgerran, author of Memoirs of the Civil War in Wales, and the Marches, etc., consisting of extracts and transcripts, bibliographic lists, historical accounts, etc.
Phillips's list and account of the sheriffs of Cardiganshire (pp. 139-200) was afterwards amplified and printed in 1868.

A volume containing a 19th century copy of the charter of North Wales granted by the King on the 3rd of March, 22 Henry VII, taken from the manuscript of the Reverend Evan Evans, curate of Llanfair Talhaiarn. The volume is labelled on the back 'Peerage Case Proceedings 1767' but does not at present contain that document.

A volume containing a translation of Buchedd Gruffydd ap Cynan. A note on the first page states that the Life of Gruffydd ap Cynan was "written originally in Welsh and copied A. D. 1683 from a MS. at Plas Ward, and now first translated into English". Also included in the volume are various loose papers in the hand of Edward Jones, Bardd y Brenin.

A volume containing a copy, 1862, of the pedigree of Sir William Jones of Castellmarch, Caernarvonshire, drawn up by Sion Cain of Oswestry in 1630. This 19th century copy was made from an illuminated pedigree with the arms in the library at Middle Hill.

A case containing various cuttings and extracts collected, early 19 cent., by Edward Jones (Bardd y Brenin).

A volume containing two separate works, the first part (ff. 1-59) being additions to the second edition of the Bible Dictionary (Geiriadur Ysgrythyrol) written by Thomas Charles of Bala and in his hand. The second part of the volume, written from the back of the book to the front (ff. 79b-64a), is an account of the early Puritan divines in Wales, much of which is also in Thomas Charles's hand. The account is of considerable historical importance and is apparently the main source of the statements made by Thomas Charles in his biographies of William Wroth and Walter Cradock in the Trysorfa Ysprydol. The original author of the account does not appear but it appears that he was personally acquainted with Cradock's daugher Eunice, which would mean that he probably wrote early in the 18th century. He gives a lengthy account of the Rev. William Wroth (f. 79b), Robert Powel, vicar of Cadoxton, Neath (f. 75b), Walter Cradock (f. 73a) and the Rev. Rees Prichard, vicar of Llandovery (f. 65b).

A volume, 18 cent., containing drawings of the coats of arms of about 215 Welsh families, together with indexes (pp. 69, 87).

A volume of glossaries in Irish and Latin, c. 1700, by Edward Lhuyd (1660-1709); also a short list of Latin words with Breton or Welsh meanings (ff. 57-8).

A volume containing the account book of the churchwardens of Llangennech, Carmarthenshire, 1828-1869, together with many loose papers.

A volume containing an essay on the influence which the Welsh traditions have had on European literature, being the subject proposed for a prize by the Cymreigyddion Society in 1837 by Pren Tanllyd (pseudonym). This was the essay of one of the unsuccessful competitors at the Abergavenny Eisteddfod, 1838, and is lettered on the outside 'Welsh Literature MS. S.R.M.'.

A volume containing an interlude by Ellis Roberts (Elis y Cowper) copied, 1889, by William Roberts (Gwilym Cowlyd) "o lyfr Robin Delynwr". The characters are Tameinia, her daughter Teresia, their steward Argulus, who eventually marries Teresia, Crintach y Cybydd, Howel Feddal, Mr Cnafri, etc.

Additions, early 18 cent., to Anthony Wood's Athenae Oxoniensis (1691-1692; 1721) by Humphrey Humphreys (1648-1712), Bishop of Bangor and later of Hereford, which were incorporated into the third edition of the work.

A volume containing an index to Welsh records compiled, 1737, by Owen Davies, covering part of the reigns of Henry VII and Edward VI. There is nothing to indicate where these records were located and in most cases the details given are meagre.
