The file contains a copy of the constitution and rules of the Society, 1873, and a further copy with manuscript amendments, 1890 (these items also contain a brief history of the Society, its meetings and publications, and a list of members in 1873); a further undated copy of the 1873 constitution; a copy of the constitution and rules as altered and adopted in 1900; an undated prospectus and rules of the Society; the Royal Charter of the Cymmrodorion, 5 December 1951; and an Order in Council amending the bye-laws of the Society, 1954.
