And, as to the first property, with remainder, after the death of the said Charles Price, to Thomas Price, his eldest son, Charles Price, his youngest son, and Elizabeth Price, his daughter And, as for the second m., after the death of the said William Thomas, to the use of the said Thomas Price and his heirs. Exchange, whereby the said Charles Morgan grants a piece of land containing three r. four p. in p. Devynnock, co. Brec. on the north side of the road from Devynnock to Rhyd Brew Bridge over the Usk; and the said Thomas Penry grants a close of land containing one r. eleven p., bounded by a tmt called Tir Pen y bont, in p.
