Release of a capital m. called Tyr y Ty Mawre in Tallysarne, two m's called Tyr y Gelly Gwenin and Pant y Gwas, and a m. in the tenure of Margaret Hughes in p. Trevillan, co. Card., a m. or house in Lammas Street in the town of Carmarthen, and a tmt and lands called Lone y Gwme, both these two being in p. St Peters within the co. bor. of Carmarthen. Endorsed with a memorandum signed by James Allen of Eaton Bishop, Herefordshire, clerk, nephew and heir at law of John Allen, stating that the money paid for the m's, etc. belonged to Daniel Stead, late of Broadward, gent., dec., and not to John Allen, whose name had been used in trust; also stating that he, James Allen, would, upon request, convey the said property to the executors of Daniel Stead, 22 Oct. 1791.
