Exchange, whereby the said Charles Morgan grants a piece of land containing three r. four p. in p. Devynnock, co. Brec. on the north side of the road from Devynnock to Rhyd Brew Bridge over the Usk; and the said Thomas Penry grants a close of land containing one r. eleven p., bounded by a tmt called Tir Pen y bont, in p. Devynnock, co. Brec. and a close of land containing one r. and thirty-three p., at the south end of the said Thomas Penry's close, called Cae Pengam in p. Devynnock.
