Recites a mortgage between 1, 2 and John Beynon, dated 19-20 March 1810, a common recovery, an indenture of 8 Feb. 1811 for ensuring security of the premises to 2 as well as repayment of the debts, that the debts were not paid, making the estate of 2 absolute in law, that 1 sold the premises by public auction in Nov. 1811 and 3 was declared the purchaser, and that in part settlement of 1's debts to 2 the purchase money of £132 should be paid by 3 to 2.
