Miscellaneous talks and radio scripts, 1922-1938, by Owain Llew Owain, including two addresses prepared for 'Clwb Awen a Chân', 1922 and 1927, four drafts of an essay entitled 'Beirdd Gwerin Arfon', a radio script, 1938, entitled 'A programme of Welsh rounds by Wythawd y Bonc', and a radio script containing the reminiscences of three sea captains, bearing the title 'Hwylio ar Led: Morwyr y Felinheli'.

A prose work, 1923-1924, by Owain Llewelyn Owain entitled 'Atgofion Hen Forwr', entered for competition at the National Eisteddfod of Wales, Pontypool, 1924, under the pseudonym 'Huw Puw'.

A notebook in the hand of Owain Llewelyn Owain, [c. 1932], containing a list of some two hundred and seventy nicknames heard in and around Caernarfon, notes on Welsh grammar and other lists and memoranda. A list of nicknames found loose inside has been tipped in on f. 4 verso.

Miscellaneous papers, 1787-1935, including a cut-away signature, 1787, of Thomas Charles of Bala; a letter, 1811, from [Richard Pugh], curate of Llanegryn, Merionethshire, to the Commissioners of the Navy, concerning the fate of his parishioner, Richard Jones, aboard the Contest gun-brig, which foundered off the Azores in 1810; a transcript of a letter, 1885, from John Ceiriog Hughes (Ceiriog) to Daniel Silvan Evans; and a letter, 1893, from Daniel Owen, novelist, to an unidentified recipient.

A volume, [c. 1800] (watermark 1798, f. 16), containing 'Tables to calculate the prices of a ton of copper ore according to the common and Cornish methods', compiled by John Price, possibly of Cadnant, Menai Bridge, between 1795 and 1797; and including examples (ff. 52 verso-62) of shipments of copper ore from the port of Amlwch, Anglesey, between 1795 and 1798, stipulating the names of vessels and their masters. Items found loose inside the volume, including two letters, 1932 and 1947, to Owain Llewelyn Owain from Sir William Llewelyn Davies, Librarian of the National Library of Wales, have been tipped in on ff. 66-99.

Miscellaneous poems, [c. 1859]-[1940s], including a hymn attributed to Siarl Marc, written in a mid-nineteenth century hand; two carols [watermark 1859], one of which is by Thomas Hughes, Llanllyfni, Caernarvonshire; an anonymous ballad, entitled 'Explosion gwaith powdwr Penrhyndeudraeth'; a cywydd entitled 'Chwefror', [c. 1917], by J. R. Morris, Liverpool, together with an awdl, probably by the same author, entitled 'Y Nos'; and a Welsh translation, [?1940s], by T. Ifor Rees of Edward Fitzgerald's The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyámm, with a covering letter, 1948, from Rees in Bolivia.

A volume containing autograph poems, mostly pryddestau, and a series of prose dialogues by H. Isgaer Lewis, Caernarfon, entered for competition at National and other eisteddfodau, [c. 1886]-1912.

Account book, 1866-1870, of the Llanllyfni, Caernarvonshire, Temperance Club, listing the rules of the society and contributions and fines paid by members; later additions include accounts relating to an eisteddfod held at Abergynolwyn on 17 August 1877, and 'Club Dillad John Meyrick Jones, Esqr. Dolgelley', 1882.

Eleven letters and a card, 1923-1926, from Winifred Coombe Tennant (Mam o Nedd) to Beriah Gwynfe Evans; together with three letters, 1924-1925, to his granddaughter Buddug Frances Thomas, relating mainly to the correspondent's work as Mistress of the Robes for the Gorsedd of Bards.

Ninety-seven letters, 1904-1921, to John Thomas (Eifionydd), mostly relating to the examinations set by Gorsedd Beirdd Ynys Prydain. Among the corresponents are Haydn Morris (4) 1919, Thomas Iorwerth Ellis (2) 1919, David Davies, 1st baron Davies of Llandinam (1) 1921, and Huw Owen Williams (Huw Menai) (1) 1921.

A volume containing over eighty letters, 1906-1914, from Charles William Dymond (1833-1915), antiquary and Quaker, to Richard Griffith Owen (Pencerdd Llyfnwy) relating mainly to the correspondent's interest in the Welsh language and culture; together with one letter, 1915, from his son, Philip W. Dymond.
Papers found loose inside the volume have been tipped in on ff. i-v.

A draft of the introduction to Llen Cymru: Detholiad o ryddiaith a phrydyddiaeth at wasanaeth myfyrwyr gwlad ac ysgol, Rhan I-IV (Caernarfon, 1921-7), in the hand of Thomas Gwynn Jones, together with drafts of some of the poems and prose passages selected for inclusion in the series.
