Copy of a booklet (18pp. numbered) entitled Ystumllyn and Bron-y-Foel. In the Hundred of Eifionydd, And County of Caernarvon (n.d.). It belonged at one time to Ellis Owen, Cefn y meusydd, who has supplied the text of pp. 9-10 and 15-16, which are wanting, and has made certain additions. On 26 Dec. 1865 he presented it to Owen Evans, Tynycoed.
Leases by Ieuan ap Richard ap John ap Owen of Tyddyn Kae yr Dwr in Voeliarth, 1569/70, and by John Owen Vaughan of lands in Keven Dyrys, 1592, in the township of Ystumgynon.
A small number of title deeds, 1597-1672, for properties acquired by the Owen family of Ystumcegid and later by the Wynns of Glyn, situated in Caernarfonshire at Clynnog, Dolbenmaen, Llanfihangel-y-pennant and Llanystumdwy combined with Cricieth, Penyfed and Pennant.

Valuation no. 34. 'Pontypridd Water Works. Valuation of lands in the parish of Ystradyfodwg belonging to - Abadam Esq., 1878'. Contains plan, copy of Waterworks Act, notes and correspondence.
