A deed poll, dated 18 Dec. 1707, endorsed on deed poll dated 15 March 1703/4, listed as being part of this Parcel, in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1)is no longer extant, at least not in the present Parcel.

Messuage and lands in t. Cwm, p. Castell Caereinion,

A conveyance from Thomas and Rice Roberts to Robert Thomas of a m. and lands in t's Cwmgoror and Castle [p. Castell Caereinion] co. Mont. 19 Oct. 1678, the wills of John Thomas, 8 Nov. 1693, and John Jones, 21 June 1697, an acknowledgement of receipt by John Trevor, clerk, from Lewis Thomas, one of the executors of John Jones, dec., of the sum of £20 being a legacy left to the four daughterss of JT by the will of JJ and undertaking by JT to indemnify LT for paying the same, 10 Oct. 1701, an acknowledgement of receipt by Edward Gardiner of the sum of £100 being the legacy given by the will of John Thomas to Ursula his daughter, the mother of EG's wife, 2 Sept. 1718, a mortgage by John Thomas to William Powell to secure £50 + interest, 15-16 Nov. 1724, a 15-16 Nov. 1724, and a release from William Rogers who married Elizabeth, the daughter of Lewis Thomas, of a legacy of £40 bequeathed to her by her father's will, 27 July 1736, all listed as being part of this Parcel, in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1) are no longer extant, at least not in the present Parcel.

Letters of administration with will and 3 codicils annexed of William, marquis of Powis, granted by the Court of Delegates to the earl of Powis, dated 11 May 1749, a declaration of trust, dated 25 March 1750, and an assignment of £1,000, part of Lady Arundel's portion of £8,000, which had been assigned (29 Sept. 1739) by Lord Arundel to Mannock Strickland, in trust for Elizabeth, wife of George Fitzgerald, esq., dated 3 Dec. 1750, all listed as being part of this parcel in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1)are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.
