The journals are periodically signed by Williams's superintendent, the Rev. Owen Thomas, Jewin Crescent.

Cyhoeddwyd pedwar llythyr ar ddeg oddi wrth David Williams, ynglŷn â’r genhadaeth yn Llundain, yn Y Drysorfa, cyfres newydd, 11-14 (1857-1860). = Also included are a photograph of David Williams, [?1880s], and a modern photograph of a framed portrait of him, both relating to his time as minister of Peniel Chapel, Tremadog (1865-1891). Fourteen letters from David Williams, concerning the London mission, were published in Y Drysorfa, n.s., 11-14 (1857-1860).

The file comprises invitations to exhibitions at the Tate Gallery, British Museum, Hanover Gallery, Leicester galleries and various other galleries, predominantly in London, 1945-1970 (with gaps) with exhibition catalogues for George Stubbs (1957), Augustus John (1948), Andre Bauchant (1960), Paule Vezelay and Winifred Nicholson (1954), Ben Nicholson (1954), Lady Patricia Ramsay (1959), the '56 Group [Wales]', and The New English Art Club (1945).

Documents collected by Col. Sir John Conway Lloyd, including over a thousand deeds, 1323-1870, relating to properties in the counties of Brecon, Glamorgan, Hereford, Monmouth, Radnor, Cardigan, Carmarthen, Gloucester, and London; together with various documents, including letters and papers relating to the Lloyd family and other estates. In addition, the archive consists of deeds and documents, 1588-1864, mainly of industrial interest accumulated by John Lloyd (1833-1915), pertaining to the New Weare ironworks, Goodrich, Hereford; the Hirwaun ironworks; the Beaufort Iron Company, the Clydach ironworks; the Dowlais Iron Company; and the Bute Works. A substantial group of Dinas Estate records has been transferred to the Maybery Collection.

Album containing 204 postcards, a mixture of photomechanical and real photographic cards. Included are a number of cards of Royalty and royal occasions, art drawn cards from L&NWR showing the interior of the royal train, Tucks cards (series C51) showing china production, world war one patriotic and regimental cards, Tucks Oilettes of London at night (series 768) and "Bonnie Scotland"
