Volume Of Pedigrees of the family of Hugh Griffith of Carnarvon, co. Caern., esq., upon whose order the volume was written by John Richard Prees, following Griffith Hiraethog, William Llyn and Lewis Dunn, and continuing therefrom; the pedigrees centre on Rhys ap Tewdwr fawr, Prince of South Wales. Among the inclusions, loose and pasted in are epitaphs, genealogical notes, a letter and a list of sheriffs of co. Caern., 1540-1805. Two printed items included are a memorial against Lord Bulkeley and 'an historical legi-graphical chart of landed property in England.'.

Accounts of Richard Gruffyth of Llanvaire Isgaire, co. Caern., esq., for the receipt of the rent of Taltreuddyn, and of other sums of money with an account of his disbursements thereof to the use of his nephew Evan Wynne, the heir of the said lands. Some accounts are subscribed with a note of examination and a note of money owed to Richard Gruffith, signed by Evan Wynne. Other lands referred to: 'r' hen Evel, [p. Llanenddwyn, co. Mer.].

Affidavit (copy) of Robert ap Richard of Llecheithior, co. Caern., gent., states that John Griffith the younger sued forth a commission of survey from the court to survey Llecheiddior [p. Dolbenmaen] & Dolbenmaen and other lands and townships, that the commission was executed without summoning those most nearly concerned therein and that many of the commissioners and jury were relatives, friends, or neighbours of John Griffith. Copy made Michaelmas Term, 1630.

Rent-roll of tmts., & lands in Penllech, Tydweiliog, Rhiw & Bryn Croes, co. Caern., conveyed to Hugh Griffith, with a direction, signed by Elizabeth Griffith, to the tenants, to attorn to him.
