Killycombe, co. Carm., [being the properties specified in Nos 10-11], to be the right of the plaintiffs.

Grant in trust, in consideration of the intended marriage of the said Rees Price and Ann Price, of Tyr Bwlch ...,

1 Daniell Rees of p. Killycombe, co. Carm., gent., Jonett his wife, and Rees Price, his son and heir apparent. 2 Thomas Price, gent., and David Berkley, yeoman, both of Killycombe aforesaid. 3 Ann Price, spinster, sister of the said Thomas Price. Grant in trust, in consideration of the intended marriage of the said Rees Price and Ann Price, of Tyr Bwlch y Trebanne otherwise Gledarth, Tyr Trebanne Ucha otherwise Tyr blane y Wayne, Tyr y Garreg Wen, and Eskeyr Afel, p. Killycombe aforesaid.
