Group 2 consists of correspondence, press releases, governmental publications, strategy papers and campaign materials, 1997-1998. Group 3 comprises correspondence, minutes and agenda, strategy papers, financial papers, membership papers, press and media papers, newsletters, volumes of press cuttings, papers relating to each of the political parties in Wales, other support groups and a few papers relating to the 'No' campaign in 1997.
