Deeds and other documents mainly relating to families and estates in the St Davids area, Pembrokeshire, 1694-1896, including manuscript maps relating to the parishes of Llanrheithan and Mathri, Pembrokeshire, and Llanwinio, Carmarthenshire, 1812-1821. The families involved include Howells of Llysyfran, Ford of Stonehall, Owen of Orielton, James of Llandeloy and St Edrins, Parry of Porthiddy (Llanrian), Laugharne of Orlandon, and Mathias of Lochmeyler and Castle Cenlas. The Mathias family include Rev. John Matthias (d. 1805) of Lochmeyler, vicar of Llandeloy, who bought Castle Cenlas, c.1792.

Documents collected by Col. Sir John Conway Lloyd, including over a thousand deeds, 1323-1870, relating to properties in the counties of Brecon, Glamorgan, Hereford, Monmouth, Radnor, Cardigan, Carmarthen, Gloucester, and London; together with various documents, including letters and papers relating to the Lloyd family and other estates. In addition, the archive consists of deeds and documents, 1588-1864, mainly of industrial interest accumulated by John Lloyd (1833-1915), pertaining to the New Weare ironworks, Goodrich, Hereford; the Hirwaun ironworks; the Beaufort Iron Company, the Clydach ironworks; the Dowlais Iron Company; and the Bute Works. A substantial group of Dinas Estate records has been transferred to the Maybery Collection.

Carmarthenshire general merchant's ledger,
Ledger, 1812-1828 (watermark 1810), of Thomas Rees of New Inn, Llanfihangel-ar-arth, Carmarthenshire, a general merchant operating in Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire, written mainly in the hand of his clerk, John Griffiths.
The ledger relates primarily to his Carmarthenshire customers and includes records of payments for butter and for the transportation of goods (particularly butter) between New Inn and Tregaron, Lampeter and Carmarthen. There are entries of old debts dating from 1798 (pp. 1-2) and particulars of rents and Talley grange custom paid by tenants and debts collected on behalf of creditors. Items found loose in the volume, including invoices and a note relating to the export of butter, have been placed in an archival envelope (42 ff.).
