A statement of receipts and disbursements, 1768-81, in connection with the administration of the estate of John Allen of Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, together with particulars of encumbrances on the estate, and of money received by Miss [Elinor] Allen, 1768-76, from her tenants in Whitchurch [in Dewsland], Haverfordwest, Dale, Robeston, Hays Castle, Llanstadwell, etc., in Pembrokeshire. The administration accounts refer to a partnership with Thos. Bowen in a colliery at Llanelly, an annuity bequeathed to the poor of the parish of Llanelly, funeral expenses, the carriage of paintings from Dale to Haverfordwest, and the clearing of pictures sold to Sir Richard Phillipps [sic] [Lord Milford], the receipt of rents and of St. Anne's Lighthouse dues, the sale of household effects, etc.

A volume containing rent accounts, 1771-1813, with individual tenants of the Corston estate in respect of properties in Lampeter [Velfrey], Pembroke, Lanpha and Portclue, Cosheston, Newton in Manorbeer, Lamaston, Pembroke ferry, Monkton (Mounton), Mat[h]ry, St. Mary (Tenby), Rudbaxton, Nash, Letterston, Narberth, Martletwy, Clyde, East Williamston, Templeton, Loveston, Lawrenny, Llawhaden, etc., Pembrokeshire, and St. Clears, Carmarthenshire, and of Cresswell Colliery in Pembrokeshire. There is an incomplete index to the first part of the volume.

A volume containing rent accounts, 1771-89, with individual tenants of the Corston estate in respect of properties in Loveston, Monkton, Mat[h]ry, Letterston, White Church [in Cemais], Tenby, Templetown, Pembroke, Crunwere, Cosheston, Bigelly, Martheltwy, etc., and of the tithes of the parish of Warren, Pembrokeshire, and of Allt Ddu near Carmarthen. At the end of the volume and on the end-papers are a rental from 1780 of an estate bought of John Rossant in Cosheston and Bigelly; memoranda of leases and payments, 1745-84; and undated valuations and measurements of properties. Allen (undated), etc., and miscellaneous vouchers and accounts, 1769-95 and undated.
