Estate and family records of the Gunter family of the Priory, Abergavenny, [c.1545]-^[ITc.1712], and the Milborne family of Wonastow, Monmouthshire,and earlier of Milborne Port, Somerset, comprising deeds relating to properties in Monmouthshire, Breconshire and Herefordshire, [c.1231], 1282-1810, but mainly 1450-1750, records relating to the manors of Wonastow, Grosmont, Skenfrith, and Whitecastle, 1480-1625, accounts, 1698-1765; family correspondence of the Gunter and Milborne families, [c.1621]-[c.1811]; and accounts of Charles Milborne in the Pipe Office, 1699-1730.

Estate and family records of Pye of Mynde, Herefordshire, and Symons of Clowerwall, Gloucestershire, later of Mynde, comprising mainly title deeds relating to lands primarily in Herefordshire and Monmouthshire, 1200-1916, and including some papers relating to the Clive family of Mynde; rentals, 1863-1909; estate accounts, 1842-1907; and manorial records for manors in Herefordshire, including Kilpeck, Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire, 1295-1299, 1442-1778. The earliest manorial record is a court roll of the manor of Mansell Gamage, 1295-1299.

Records of the Welsh estates of the earls of Plymouth, 1301-1844; the two most notable groups relate to the family's Alrhey estate, Flintshire, and the Van, Glamorgan, both representing estates acquired through marriage in the 18th century, including deeds, 1301-1844; and manorial records, 15th cent.-1646, including court rolls of the manors of Magor and Undy in Monmouthshire, 1586-1603. The archive contains practically no personal or family papers.

Records of the Lewis family of St Pierre, Monmouthshire, comprising deeds, [c.1300]-1769, and court rolls, rent rolls, surveys and other documents, 1565-1683, relating to several manors in Monmouthshire and Gloucestershire, including St Pierre, Runston, Redwick, Sudbrook, Chepstow, Portskewet, Caldicot and Caerleon in Monmouthshire, and the manor of Beachley in Gloucestershire. Some of the documents are copies of earlier material.
