Bundle in original wrapper labelled ‘Meifod leaseholds and conveyance to A.W. Wynn’ containing a conveyance by the trustees of the late Evan Ellis of Meifod to Thomas Owens of Frondeg of the Triangle Field near Meifod for the residue of a term of years created by the will of John Humphreys, 1836; successive assignments of the leasehold by Thomas Jones and David Davies to Rev. Levi Rees Jacob, vicar of Llanllugan, 1869, to William Evans, 1869, and to Charles Watkin Williams Wynn of Coedymaen, 1871, with a schedule of deeds, 1881; and a conveyance by Charles Watkin Williams Wynn of his estate for life to his son Arthur Watkin Williams Wynn in a messuage and lands called Penygraig or Tynygraig in the township of Peniarth and parish of Meifod, 1891.
