Evans, relating to properties in parishes in south and west Caernarvonshire, Denbighshire, Cheshire and Lancashire, including miscellaneous correspondence and papers and particulars of mines in Llanengan, co. Caernarvon; manuscripts, papers and volumes relating to local government and the administration of justice in the counties of Caernarfon, Anglesey and Merioneth, 1685-1905; together with a manuscript volume of 'Old Welsh Melodies' collected by John Ceiriog Hughes, 'Ceiriog', Caersws, and presented by him to Nicholas Bennett, 1885.
