Sermons and sermon notes by the Rev. David Davies, Tre-boeth, all except four (1829-1832, pp. 178-209) written 1842-1845, with notes appended of where they were preached, 1842-1866, an index (ff. iii verso-v) and a few personal memoranda. Two of the sermons were preached at Foxhole, 1876-1878 (pp. 69, 200) probably by the Rev. D[avid] R[ees] Davies.

Dyddiadur Methodistaidd ... 1855, belonging to the Rev. Thomas Lewis, containing a note of preaching and other engagements, with texts of sermons preached, a sermon (ff. 50 verso - inside back cover, inverted text ) and a pledge of total abstinence signed by Thomas Lewis and others (inside front cover).

The manuscripts comprise mainly sermons and sermon notes by Owen Thomas and other preachers; together with poetry, correspondence, a diary, and other miscellaneous papers.

Autograph sermons in Welsh, 1817, by the Rev. Thomas Edwardes (d. 1852), Henbant, Llanbadarn Odwyn, Cardiganshire, curate of Llanddeiniol and Nancwnlle and afterwards rector of Llangeitho, with details of the date and place of delivery, 1817-1832. There is a draft letter, 1817, from Thomas Edwardes to ?the Rev. John Evans (d. 1845), vicar of Nancwnlle, on f. 17v.
