English family Bible of the naturalist and traveller, Thomas Pennant of Downing, Flintshire, containing entries of births, marriages and deaths for himself, his parents, wives, children and grandchildren, [1738]-[1840s], in several hands including his own (ff. i verso-iii).

A vesting assent dated 17 December 1953, bound in book form, relating to the Llysnewydd Estate in the counties of Carmarthen and Cardigan, 1953-1981, including an estate map.

Correspondence and other papers relating to members of the Morgan family, Alltyfanog farm, Llangyfelach, 1817-1898, including nineteenth century financial transactions relating to their farm; wills of Evan Morgan, 1831 and Elizabeth Morgan, 1867; letters from their son John Morgan who emigrated from Wales to the United States, 1850-66; and to Australia, 1864-98; together with other letters to Elizabeth Morgan and her son Phillip Morgan, 1856-98. Also included are documents relating to Evan and Elizabeth Morgan and their sons Philip and Rees, 1817-97.

Owens, [1961]-1999, former Keeper of Manuscripts at the National Library of Wales, including his correspondence mainly relating to publishing The Ilston book : earliest register of Welsh Baptists (Aberystwyth, 1996) which was edited by him; transcripts of some Cardiff manuscripts; and notes relating to Waldo Williams's poetry for children. = Papurau B. Three volumes of photocopies of press cuttings relating to the 1934, 1935 and 1936 stay-down strikes in the South Wales Coalfield, together with a volume relating to the papers of the artist Illtyd David compiled by the donor and a volume relating to the Aberdare Naturalists' Society and Cynon Valley History Society.

Papers, 2011, relating to the donor's research into the Cilgwyn Estate Records for his series of articles 'Letters from the War' on the First World War experiences of Major John Kenrick Lloyd Fitzwilliams, Cilgwyn, Newcastle Emlyn, youngest of eight sons. They comprise draft copies and photocopies of the articles published in Carmarthenshire Life, 2007-2009, which focus on letters written by the Major from France, Russia and Romania to his wife Margery. Also included are excerpts from letters home by his two brothers Colonel Duncan Fitzwilliams and Major Gerard Fitzwilliams and military details about all eight brothers.

An album, 1912-1930, 1965, which belonged to Bell Crossfield, the donor's aunt, who was a nurse during the First World War at the Morfa Camp, Conwy, including poems and pen sketches by soldiers from the Third Border Regiment recovering from their battle injuries.

Photographs by a number of photographers showing groups and activities of Merched Y Wawr, the majority from the 1960s and 1970s. All are annotated on the reverse.

'Scrapiana', or cuttings from newspapers, both Welsh and English, collected by Charles Ashton. The cuttings, ranging from 1884 to 1890, are from Y Dydd, Gwalia, Cambrian News, Liverpool Daily Post, Tit-bits, Y Drych, The Welsh Farmers' Gazette, Liverpool Weekly Mercury, Wellington Journal, Y Llan, Oswestry Advertizer, and the Montgomeryshire Express.
