Chwarae Teg/Fair Play is a Welsh charity which aims to support the economic development of women, as well as working with businesses and organisations to develop and improve working practices. Chwarae Teg was founded in 1992 and has its headquarters in Cardiff. Since 2017, Cerys Furlong has served as the charity's Chief Executive Officer.
