Most of these deeds and papers are in their original bundles, although a very few are loose deeds that have been bundled together for convenience. Most bundles are title deeds, although some might be better described as family deeds, and a number of bundles of deeds will be found with the family papers (Tredegar P) rather than here.

The series comprises papers relating to the letting of property owned by the estate, including leases, draft and copy leases and notices to quit.
