The important letters penned by prominent politicians and public figures have been noted at file level. Many of the letters from the period 1901-05 were written by David Davies to his relatives and associates while he travelled extensively abroad. Some of the letters from 1917-18 discuss demobilisation or reconstruction in the wake of the First World War.
