Five family and family-related deeds comprising (i) the marriage settlement of John Morgan of Dderw, esq., and Martha Vaughan of Trebarried, spinster, both Breconshire, 1699; (ii) a release by Thomas Morgan of Ruperra and Jane his wife (formerly Jane Colchester, spinster), to Israel Woolaston of Chancery Lane, esq., and Bostock Toller of Hertford, gent., having received all the papers relating to a copyhold estate in the manor of the rectory of Ware and other estates in Hertfordshire and London, and £63 13s. 10d., the balance of the accounts relating to the personal estate and the rents and sale of the said estates in Ware, Hertfordshire and London, of Sir Thomas Clarke of Brickendonbury, Hertfordshire, dec., uncle of the said Jane, and the receipt of Susannah Clarke for £2000, which had been settled in 1726 on the marriage of the said Thomas Morgan and Jane, 1758; (iii) an assignment by Rev. Thelwall Salusbury of Gravely, Hertfordshire, clerk, and Sir Charles Morgan of Tredegar, to Thomas Graham of Lincolns Inn, esq., of a moiety of the manor and estate of Hawling for the residue of a term of 2000 years for securing £12,000 and interest, 1811; (iv) a draft release to Sir Charles Morgan and John Archer Houblon of Hallingbury Place, Essex, gent., from Martha, Mary and Elizabeth Swinnerton, all of Butterton, Staffordshire, spinsters, from the executorship of the will of their grandmother, Martha Milborne of the parish of St Mary-le-bone, Middlesex, widow, dec. (d. 1803), 1816; and (v) a faculty appropriating a pew in St Woolloos parish church to Charles Octavius Swinnerton Morgan, esq., and the occupiers of the Friars, 1824.
