New Radnor, together with about 66 a. of land thereto belonging, purchased by the said Hugh Lewes from Phillipp Stephen and Miler Lewes, gent., a capital m. called Needwall, otherwise the Lea, in the occupation of James ap Edward, except parcels of land called Greate Needwall and Two shillings, of a parcel of land called the Claypitts, p's Old Radnor and New Radnor, purchased by the said Hugh Lewis from John Havard, gent., and others, Legge meadow, in Kinnerton, p.
