Assignment, to secure £187.5.0, of all hay, corn, horses, cows and other cattle, pigs, implements of husbandry, household goods and furniture and all culm or small coal for burning lime and all estate and effects upon the farms called Brynadda, Tair Finnon and other lands held as tenant under Thomas Assheton Smith, all moneys due for lime etc., and all m's in the town of Bangor held by a lease for three lives granted by Thomas Assheton Smith. Schedule annexed refers to lime, culm, money due for surveying Rhiwlas estate, one quarter of the Hawk sloop, livestock and crops etc.
