Appointment of 2 as collector of all customs, subsidies and duties payable on all 'smalts, saffer and pottashes' imported at any port in England and Wales and all forfeitures thereof for non-payment of such duties in order to further secure repayment of £1,000 lent by 2 to 1. Recites that the said duties were farmed to 1 for 31 years on 28 May 1638, that Abraham Baker of London, gent., was by agreement entitled to a moiety of the said duties and that 2 had heretofore been 1's deputy in collecting the said duties.

Denb., [--] of [--] as an umpire to settle a dispute between John Thompson of Wigan, Lancashire, esq., and Thomas Molyneux (who was entitled to the reversion of the freehold of certain mines and minerals under a capital m. called Penbedw and parcels of land in p's Cilcen and Nannerch, co. Flint) over whether the mines, leased to J.T. on 28 Feb. 1826 [J44] by Annabella Williams, was, as he claimed exhausted or not and thus reasonable grounds, according to the covenant in the lease, to quit the workings before the expiration of the said lease.

Rhyddallt, bounded on the south by a lane leading from Ruabon to Rhyddallt Farm House (further boundaries given), a parcel of land called Cae Mab yr Offeiriad (1 a.) in t. Belan (boundaries given), a parcel of land lying in a field called Cae'r Llan in t. Rhyddallt, a parcel of land called The Croft (1 a.) in t. Belan, adjoining to the almshouses and bounded on the south by the road leading from Ruabon to Pentre Christionydd and on the east by the land which encompasses the almshouse (further boundaries given), two pieces of land called The Crofts (2 a.) in t. Belan, adjoining at one corner thereof to the turnpike road leading from Ruabon to Wrexham (further boundaries given) and a parcel of land, or yearly rent of 2s.6 issuing out of a tmt known by the sign of the Goat, all of which last mentioned premises are part of the glebe of Ruabon (8 a.). Flint, at an annual rent of a tenth of all the lead ore obtained or 2s.6 a week for every 100 lbs of the said tenth for the first year and thereafter the market price of the said one tenth share. Llanyblodwell, Shropshire. Agreement To Lease a farm called Garth Ucha in p. Llanyblodwell for 9 years at an annual rent of £40 and duties of two days work in harvest, the carriage of a cartload of coal, four fat pullets in Lent, a fat goose at Christmas and to keep a cock and a hound spaniel, reserving timber and deducting £10 from the first year's rent for putting the said m. into repair.
