Tywyn], and receive the profits from the same for 9 years, paying £6 a year to 1, and keeping the residue in satisfaction of the interest due on a mortgage for £205 on the said m's and that 1 will discharge the mortgage within 9 years. Recites a mortgage of the premises [NA89] for £205 which being unpaid the m's forfeited to 2 and that 1 as assignee of Sir Walter Lloyd of Llanvair, co. Card., kt, dec., holds the right of equity of redemption of the premises.

Articles Of Agreement following the marriage of John Nanney the son and Blandina one of the dau's of Vincent Corbett:
(i) 1 covenants to convey a capital m. called Maesypandy, m's called Rhiwogo Issa, Rhiwogo Ganol, Rhiwogo Ucha, Dolannerch Ucha, Dolannerch Ganol, a fulling mill, Dolannerch Issa, Brongell Fynydd, Nant Kildydd, Cwm Talian, Tythyn y Ffordd, Pant y Gwalie, Maes y Garnedd, Tythyn y Bulla, Tythyn y Barkedy, Kelli'r Main, Erw Fadyn, Bwlch Llangan, Bryn y Ffrith, Tythyn y Keynant, Tal-y-Gevenhir, Pant Kae, Tythyn Mawr, Havod Lyadyn, Y Fron ar Ddol Kae'r Frodwen, Dryllie Duon, Tythin Du yn Cregennan, Braych Goeswen, Tythin Du, Y Fron Newydd, Y Close Bach, Y Tu Newydd, a m. in the town of Dolgelley and Yr Erw Fawr, to the use of John Lloyd of Maesypandu, esq., and Jane his wife for their lives, to the use of the said J.N. the father for life and to the use of J.N. the son for life; m's called Gwern Desyni, Desesin Issa, Kae'r Graig and Llanllwyde Uwchlan, to the use of the said J.L. and Jane his wife for their lives, and to the use of J.N. the son and Blandina his wife for their lives; a m. called Ffrith Wanas, part of which are in mortgage for £240, and m's called Hendre Wallog, otherwise Buarth Meini, Kae'r Fran and Braychywerngoch all of which are in mortgage to secure £400 to Margaret Owen, grand-dau. of J.N. the father when she attains the age of 21, to the use of J.N. the father until 1 May 1675 and thereafter to the use of J.N. the son and Blandina his wife for their lives; a capital m. called Llanvendiged, a water corn mill called Melin y Frenan, and m's called Tythyn Rhovodwen, Tythyn Pant y Gersenllyn, Tythyn Kae Du, Tythyn Carnedd y Tarw, Tythyn Bach yn Llan, Tythyn Sion yn Llanglynin, Tu Yn y Llan, Tythyn Ergid Gronw, Cae Howel (2 a.) and Bryn Derw, to the use of J.N. the father and Elizabeth his wife for their lives and thereafter to the use of J.N. the son for life, and after the determination of the uses above mentioned to the use of the eldest son of J.N. the son and Blandina his wife, all of which premises are in t's Pennant, [p. Tywyn], Llanllwyde, [p Llanfihanvgel-y-pennant], Peniarth, [p. Llanegryn], Dolgleder, [p. Brithdir], Cregennan, [p. Llangelynnin], Rhutcriw, [p. Llanegryn], p. Dolgelley, and t's Gwyddelfynydd, [p. Tywyn], Llanvendiged and Bodgadvan, [p. Llangelynnin];
(ii) 2 to pay £600 marriage portion, £200 now and £400 on 1 Jan. 1674/5 with covenant to convey premises of the yearly value of [--] to secure payment of the said £400;
(iii) J.N. the father on receipt of the said £400 to redeem the premises above mentioned which are in mortgage for £240.

Mortgage (Bargain And Sale With Feoffment) for £300 of several m's called Maes y Garnedd with the piscary thereto belonging, and a m. called Dyffryn Glyngyn in Keven y Rhos, all in p. Llanylltyd. Endorsed: livery of seizin, receipts by 2, 25 July 1688 and 4 July 1695, for payment of £200 and £100 and memorandum of declaration by 2 that the said sum of £300 is the proper money of Griffith Nanney of Nanney, esq.
