W.] to an unnamed correspondent, beginning, 'I have mentioned your premiums to the first vessels that should bring burnt lime to Aberystwyth, but the answer was invariably that they would not hazard such a thing for any premium whatever'. Submitting a few ideas that have occurred to him (the writer). Damaged.
