Lease by Rice Pughe, Rector of Llysfaen, co. Carnarvon, clerk, surviving Devisee in Trust named in the Will of John Holland late of Teyrdan, co. Denbigh, Esq., deceased, the Rev. William Holland, Vicar of Overstowey, co. Somerset, clerk, Thomas Holland of Mancester, co. Lancaster, gentleman, and Rev. Jeffrey Holland, Rector of Penmorfa co. Carn., clerk, three of the younger children of the said John Holland, to John Holland of Brynesteddfod, co. Denb., Esq., eldest son of the said John Holland deceased, for 5sh. apiece, of a messuage, tenement, lands and hereditaments called Tythyn Dafydd y ffordd, otherwise Tyddyn y ffordd in the Parish of Llaneilian, co. Denb., for one year at a peppercorn rent, with view to a grant thereof. Signed and sealed by Rice Pughe, William Holland, Jeffrey Holland. Witnesses: Rowel Williams. Jno. Deed made between (i) R. Pughe, (ii) W. Holland, T. Holland, and J. Holland, (iii) J. Burgess and (iv) H. Jones, all mentioned in the preceding deed (No. 2552) whereby the release of the premises leased in the aforesaid deed is made to the said H. Jones who sells the property to the said J. Burgess, etc. Signed and sealed. (see no. 2552) Witnesses as before.

Deed whereby Joseph Burgess conveys to John Holland, after reciting various deeds and circumstances touching the matter, the messuage, tenement, lands, etc. called Tyddyn Owen ap Reginald in the Township of Towynan, Parish of Llanelian, co. Denbigh (see no. 2557) for the sum of £400 and interest for which the premises had been mortgaged, with view to wait the reversion of the same, in trust as specified. Signed by J. Burgess, and sealed as in the previous deed. Witnesses: Thomas Holland of Manchester, Rowd. Williams of Llanrwst.

Copy of the Will of Henry Jones of Llanrwst, co. Denbigh, currier, in which, inter alia, he bequeaths his messuage, etc., called Bryn y Neuodd, to his wife Ann. Deed whereby Evan Lloyd of Ailwyd ucha, co. Flint, Esqre. and Elizabeth his wife, mortgage to Edward Jones, Esqre of Weprehall, same co., Esqre. the messuage, etc. called Plas newydd, and other premises (see no. 2523) for a term of two thousand years, subject to certain specified conditions for redemption, etc. for securing the sum of five hundred and ten pounds and interest. Deed tripartite made between (i) William Lloyd of Dolhayarn, co. Denb., (ii) Lucy Foulkes of Serior, parish of Llanvairtalhayarn, same co., widow of Evan Foulkes of Serior, deceased and (iii) Ann Jones of Liverpool, whereby, the said W. Lloyd assigns to Anne Jones, after payment of £700 to Lucy Foulkes, as administratrix of the said Evan, etc, the premises mentioned in No. 2580 for security of the same, with interest. Schedule of Deeds relating to the Title of John Wynne, Esq., to lands and Premises in the several Parishes of Llanelian and Bettws Abergele, co. Denbigh, and by him delivered to John Holland, Esq., and Mary Holland, spinster, upon the Execution of a Mortgage for securing £1000 and Interest. The dates of the Deeds are 30 September, 1 and 2 October 1799. At the foot the acknowledgment by John and Mary Holland of possession of the above mentioned Deeds and undertaking to redeliver them upon payment of the said loan and interest. - October 1799. Denbigh, Esq., and Mary Holland of the same, eldest daughter of the said John and Margaret his wife, for 5sh. apiece, lease to John Wynne of Coed Coch, same co., Esq., a messuage and tenement with lands, etc., called Dolwen House, with Y Werglodd Ddû; y Ddol ganol, y Vownog, Y Ddol y Pandu, and Y Roft, with mills called Dolwen Mill, and a cottage, also a messuage, etc. there, all in the township of Twnnen, Parish of Llanelian; and a messuage and tenement, with cottages, lands, etc. called Ty Ucha, in the Village and Parish of Bettws Abergeley, and a fee farm rent of 2sh. and two capons issuing out of a tenement called Cefn Llaethfan in the Parish of Llanelian, etc. for one year at a peppercorn rent, with view to a grant thereof. "A Copy of an old paper which belonged to Mr Wynne of Brithdir." "An Account of the particulars of my Lands In Maesygroes and Llanveres." The total rental amounts to £351. Deed whereby Thomas Coutts of The Strand, co. Middlesex, Esq., and Sir Watkin Williams Wynn of Wynnstay, co. Denb., Bart., lease to John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denb., Esq., for 5sh., a messuage or tenement, farm lands, hereditaments, etc., called Garneddheilin, in the Parish of Bettws Abergele, same co., for one year at an annual rent of one peppercorn, with a view to his being enabled thereby to take a grant and release of the freehold reversion and inheritance thereof (no. 2613). Tripartite indenture made between (i) Thomas Coutts of the Strand, co. Middx., Esq.; (ii) Sir Watkin Williams Wynn of Wynnstay, co. Denb., Bart., and (iii) John Wynn of Coed Coch, co. Denb., Esq., whereby the said Thomas Coutts, by the direction and appointment of the said Sir W.W. Wynn, sells to the said J. Wynn, for the sum of £618, the messuage or tenement with lands etc., appurtenant thereto, forty acres and eight perches subject to certain specified conditions, and undertake to produce certain documents of which a schedule is given at the foot of the deed covering the period from 1 Feb. 1680 to 9 March 1801, by means of which the descent of the holding may be deduced. Kyffin the messuage called Hendre, etc., in the parish of Bettws Abergele, for securing the sum of six hundred pounds and interest, subject to specified conditions. Signed and sealed by the parties.
