Lease by Rice Pughe, Rector of Llysfaen, co. Carnarvon, clerk, surviving Devisee in Trust named in the Will of John Holland late of Teyrdan, co. Denbigh, Esq., deceased, the Rev. William Holland, Vicar of Overstowey, co. Somerset, clerk, Thomas Holland of Mancester, co. Lancaster, gentleman, and Rev. Jeffrey Holland, Rector of Penmorfa co. Carn., clerk, three of the younger children of the said John Holland, to John Holland of Brynesteddfod, co. Denb., Esq., eldest son of the said John Holland deceased, for 5sh. apiece, of a messuage, tenement, lands and hereditaments called Tythyn Dafydd y ffordd, otherwise Tyddyn y ffordd in the Parish of Llaneilian, co.
