"Abstract of the Title of William Henry Hughes, gentleman, and his Mortgagee to a Tenement called Pencraig situate in the Parish of Llanelian yn Rhos in the County of Denbigh.". The dates of the several documents referred to, embrace the period between 29 December 1772, and 1 May 1850. At the foot an opinion by Charles Blake Allnatt, after perusal on the part of S. Yorke Esqre., the intended purchaser in the Character of Trustee of the Marriage Settlement of John Lloyd Wynne, the nominal purchaser, wherein is contained a pedigree of the Lloyd and Hughes families.

Deed whereby Hugh Lloyd of Tymawr in the parish of Eglwysvach, co. Denb., gentleman, lets to Edward Evans of Llansannan, same co., miner, certain mines, etc., in lands called Caeau Banadle, y Weirglodd Bella, y Cae Maen, Cae'r Berthan, and Cae'r Evel in Llansannan aforesaid, part of a tenement there called Bron y Llan, to adventure for ores, etc. for ever, at certain specified rent and royalties as herein set out in detail, and subject to specified conditions. Abstract of the Title of John Wynne Esqre, only Son and Heir at Law of John Wynne of Coed Coch, Esqre, deceased, to certain Hereditaments and Premises in the Parish of Bettws Abergele and Llanddulas in the County of Denbigh. The dates of the several Deeds range from 27-28 March 1775. At the foot, a schedule to which reference is made, of deeds ranging from 28 October 1685 to 24 March 1770. Memorandum attached at end, John Wynne's rents for the above premises amounting to £67. 7. 0. Endorsed: "Abstract of John Wynne of Coed Coch's Title to Porthwryd, etc. Denbighshire." Deed between Henry Roberts of Tû ucha, township of Petrual, parish of Llanfer Talhaiarn, co. Denbigh, yeoman, and Margaret Jones, otherwise Thomas, widow and Executrix of Owen Thomas of Pencraig, co. Carnarvon, gentleman, deceased, whereby, for better securing payment of £322 and interest lent on a mortgage of the messuages, etc. of Hendre and Havottû (and other property, see No. 2573) in Llysan, Llanfihangel, co. Denb., a further mortgage amounting to £510 in all is arranged upon the same premises, subject to certain date of redemption, etc., and conditions of payment. (Term of 500 years). Denbigh, the messuages, lands, and appurtenances etc. described in no. 2512 for the sum of £2300 with certain conditions expressly certified. Signed by Evan and Elizabeth Lloyd. Heraldic Seal. Denb. called Tabone, and messuages in Llanelian, called Ddol-y-greol, Kefn y nen otherwise orsedd, and land there called Cae'r Orsedd, and land there called Cae'r Orsedd, with appurtenances etc. for one year at a peppercorn rent, with view to a grant thereof.
