Deed made between (1) Charles Potts and Stephen Leeke; (2) John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, son and heir of the late John Wynne of the same; (3) Josiah Potts (see No. 2648); whereby the 1st. party, by the direction of the 2nd party, transfer the mortgage of the premises mentioned in the aforesaid deeds, to the 3rd party, for the better securing of £1200, with specified conditions of redemption, to Josiah Potts. Signed and sealed as in No. 2648. Endorsed: Transfer of the premises to Richard Richardson of Capenhurst, co. Chester, esq., and Thos. Wedge of Sealand, co. Flint, gentleman, executors of the late Charles Potts, dated 19 December, 1818. Signed, sealed and attested as before. John Wynne of Ruthin, gent., and Meredith Wynne of Llanyfydd, clerk, two other sons of the said Jane, whereby the said Jane Wynne, conveys to the second parties, viz. E. Wynne, Dr. E. Wynne, J. Mostyn, and H. Ffoulkes in trust for the benefit of the third parties, her two younger sons, all her property, rights, etc., specified in no. 2099, subject to certain conditions, charges, reversions, and appointments, as set forth in detail. Carn., gentleman, whereby the said R, Parry bargains and sells, for £250 by appointment of the said R. Davies and others, second parties hereto, to the said J. Doulben, the messuage, tenement, and appurtenances in Scorlygan, parish of Llanganhavell, aforesaid heretofore in the occupation of Griffith Evans and now in occupation of Robert John Robert, with lands called Cae r Mynydd, Cae r chwarell, y Weirglodd, Cae tan y weirglodd, y Cae Canol, Cae to uch yr palmant, Cae y groes newydd, Cae tan y ffordd, Cae Banadle, Erw Redyn, y Bottell, orchard in Scorlygan, lands called y weirglodd and Cae ûch ben y Tû, in the Township of Beidir, same Parish, subject to redemption for the sum of £500 at appointed date, and other conditions (£50 also paid to the second party.)
