Deed made between (1) Charles Potts and Stephen Leeke; (2) John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, son and heir of the late John Wynne of the same; (3) Josiah Potts (see No. 2648); whereby the 1st. party, by the direction of the 2nd party, transfer the mortgage of the premises mentioned in the aforesaid deeds, to the 3rd party, for the better securing of £1200, with specified conditions of redemption, to Josiah Potts. Signed and sealed as in No. 2648. Endorsed: Transfer of the premises to Richard Richardson of Capenhurst, co. Chester, esq., and Thos. Wedge of Sealand, co.
