Denb., gent., Lumley Roberts of the same, baker, his son and heir, and John ap Ellis Frees of Tybrith, same co., gent., ii. John Wynne of Evenechtyd, co. Denb., gent., Maurice Trygarn of Erethlyn, same co., gent., and iii. Anne Wynne of Plastirion, same co., spinster, setting forth the circumstances attending the recovery of a certain messuage in Mathebrwd aforesaid by J 'Wynne and M. Trygarn, called Garth yr Hwylbren, occupied by R. Jones; a messuage here called Havod y werne, y Coed issa, Cae hir, Garthbychan, Cae bach, Cae (r) ffynnon, Dryll (r) Odyn, and Cae Robin; another called Tyddun vcha; lend there called Erw goch, gweirglodd y Tyddun vcha Cae (r) Llysie, y Plastydduw, y Garth lwyd, y ffrith, y Garthlwyd, Cae yr Bryn, Cae (r) Skybor, Cae to (r) poptu, Pant ar gene, y ffrith ganol, and y ffrith wenn; and showing that the intent of this deed is, that for £100 paid to R. Jones, L. Roberts, and J. Prees by Anne Wynne, J. Wynne and M. Trygarn are to hold the premises in trust for A. Wynne, subject to redemption by repayment of £100, with conditions specified.
