  1. George Owen of Henllis in Kemeis, lord of the barony of Kemeis and thereby guardian of the body and lands of Whitchurche in Kemeis;. 2. Howell Llewelyn ap David of Whitchurch, yeoman. Lease for ten years of a tenement called Maesgwyn in the said parish of Whitchurch with all the lands of Maesgwyn and Pystyll Howell belonging to the said tenement. Rent: 8s 4d annually. Right to distrain for rent reserved. The lessee shall keep in repair the house of 'on coopl and ii pynyons', and pay 13s 4d for a heriot if it happen to be due after the end of the said term. Award of Owen Picton and Thomas Peiter in the dispute between David Llewelyn of Bavill and Jevan ap Rees of Molgro to the effect that the two parties shall be lovers and friends, that Jevan ap Rees shall pay £4. 13s to the said David Llewelyn, that Jevan ap Rees shall pay for the obligation and award, that the said David Llewelyn shall make unto the said Jevan ap Rees a good and sufficient estate in the law at the costs and charges of the latter upon one tenement and lands in Tree vaies ycha called Tier Llewelyn Phillip Owen and John Phillip Owen which is at variance between them.
