1) Affidavit (copy) sworn 13 Nov. 1694 of Joshua Jones of the Hay, mercer, that he was present when Thomas Morgans vicar of St. David's, Lanvase, voluntarily signed a declaration that he has been suborned by the defendant, Thomas Walker, in a suit brought against him in Chancery by Daniel Williams, to make a false declaration on the strength of the defendant Walker's promise to pay his debts and to take him out of gaol. 2) Declaration (copy) of the aforesaid Thomas Morgan, clerk, dated 6 November 1694, that he had not been present at a certain treaty of marriage held at the house of Henry Lewis of Brecon, barber, in 1665 by the agents of Daniel Williams aforesaid and Blanch Games, spinster, and since his wife.
